Kelly is the co-founder of Harmonē Aesthetics, where her goal is to help clients enhance their natural beauty and feel confident in their own skin. Specializing in facial harmonization, Kelly combines various modalities and techniques to create balanced, harmonious results that enhance each individual’s unique features. Her approach is rooted in her innate artistic eye and specialized knowledge, allowing her to appreciate the subtleties of facial structure while focusing on preserving natural beauty.

With training under three world-renowned educators in the aesthetic field in Los Angeles, Kelly’s education is uniquely exceptional. She further refines her expertise through countless advanced trainings, ensuring she provides the latest and safest techniques for her patients.

Korina Tanner, MD

Dr. Korina Tanner is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience and six years of expertise in medical aesthetics. Since 2019, she has served as the Medical Director and partial owner of Tighten IT Spa in Roseville, CA, overseeing two locations and supervising a skilled team of RNs. Dr. Tanner specializes in various aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, aesthetic skin lesion removal, and weight loss management. Her commitment to patient care and leadership extends beyond aesthetics to supervising PAs and NPs in urgent care settings. Dr. Tanner’s dedication to enhancing natural beauty and overall wellness has made her a trusted figure in the greater Sacramento area.
